San Diego, Calif. – October 26, 2017  – Transcend Insights®, a population health management technology company, has been recognized by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for its excellence in client support services for the third year in succession. This achievement was recognized during the 2017 Technology Services World conference, held October 23-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Support Staff Excellence Center program – created by TSIA and delivered via Miller Heiman Group’s Service Ready solutions – offers a highly regarded staff development curriculum designed to inspire and propel client support service professionals. Through this training, participating organizations are eligible to receive a Support Staff Excellence Award which recognizes organizations for achieving top-tier client support services.

As a result of this program, Transcend Insights client support staff received this award by demonstrating significant improvements across key customer service metrics. This includes improvements among Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), as well as reduced Case Resolution times. Through these advancements and the company’s ongoing commitment to customer service excellence, Transcend Insights is continuing to enhance its industry-leading approach to client support services.
