The Support Staff Excellence Center program, created by the TSIA and delivered via Miller Heiman Group, offers a highly regarded staff development curriculum designed to inspire and propel client support professionals. Through this training, participating organizations are eligible to receive a Support Staff Excellence Center Award which recognizes organizations for achieving top-tier customer service.
As a result of this program, Transcend Insights’ client support staff received this award by maintaining industry-leading, customer service metrics.
