Transcend Insights Receives TSIA Level II Certified Support Staff Excellence Center Award

Population health management leader recognized for its commitment to customer service

CAMPBELL, Calif. – October 19, 2016 – Transcend Insights®, a population health management company, has been recognized by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for excellence in its support services for the second year in succession. This year, the company earned the coveted TSIA Level II Certified Support Staff Excellence (SSE) Center award, a significant achievement recognized during the 2016 Technology Services World conference held Oct. 17-19 in Las Vegas.

The Level II Support Staff Excellence Center certification, offered by TSIA and delivered by Miller Heiman Group, focuses on improving diagnostic troubleshooting and critical thinking across all levels of a support organization. To earn this award, Transcend Insights’ support staff underwent a rigorous training and certification program which led to significant and demonstrable improvements in key customer service metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Case Resolution time.
